In to pure distilled water we add Witch Hazel with 100% Pure Jasmine (Jasminum grandiflorum), Lavender NZ (Lavendula angustifolia) and Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) Essential Oils.

After cleansing apply toner to cotton pad and gently wipe over face.  Can also be used as a spritz to refresh your face during the day (great if you're travelling!).

Contents will seperate so shake well before use.
